Toulouse Shipping Information:
We ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
UPS and state laws require an adult signature (at least 21 years of age) at the time of delivery for every package of wine. We suggest shipping to a business address. UPS can attempt to deliver a wine package three times before returning the package to sender. If a package is returned to Toulouse, we will contact you to re-ship and will require additional shipping charges.
PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
United States Postal Service regulations restrict us from shipping alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking your package
When we print your UPS shipping label, a tracking number will be emailed to you with a projected delivery date. Once UPS actually picks up and scans your package from our facility, your tracking number will be updated with a more accurate delivery date.
Order Pick-Up Option
If you elect to pick up your wines at Toulouse we will pack and hold your wines for you. We ask that you pick up your order within 60 days of purchase due to space limitations in our facility. If you do not pick up your order within this time frame we may ship your wines and charge the appropriate shipping cost to your account.
Because wine is sensitive to temperature variances, we delay shipping in times of high heat. For wine orders purchased in June, July, August and September, we prefer to delay shipment until the fall to ensure the integrity of the wines. If we cannot send your wine right away we will contact you to arrange a suitable shipping window and can consult you on express delivery options.
States we Do Not ship to
Being compliant with state laws, we currently do not ship wine to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Utah.
Due to high shipping charges for Alaska and Hawaii we do not regularly ship to these two states. Please contact us at 707-895-2828 with your shipping questions.
Toulouse Vineyards stands behind every wine we make, and your satisfaction is first and foremost to us! If your wines bottles are damaged, the corks have pushed, or if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order to request replacement (pending availability) or refund. Please store the wines in a dark and cool location (55 degrees is ideal). Keep wine bottles still and on their sides or upside down. If a bottle is damaged or corked, please contact us at 707-895-2828.
